Tickets & Payments
Where can I purchase tickets? From Eventbrite online or by phone 01227749759 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. Tickets will be available on the door for £15 each (card or cash).
What is included? Entry to the event on one day only is included – you should ensure you buy the tickets for the correct day.
Do I need a ticket to come to the talks and workshops? Yes, you will not be allowed into the festival or talks without a valid ticket.
When will my ticket be delivered? Tickets are sent to the email address supplied at time of purchase, we recommend you check your Spam folder if they do not arrive in a timely fashion.
My name is not on the ticket, is this a problem? You will need to be with the person named on the tickets/the purchaser.
I can’t print my ticket; will this be a problem? You can show the email version of the ticket.
I’ve lost my ticket/deleted the email, what do I do? Please contact us 01227 749759
Do you need to book readings and treatments in advance? Bookings can be made in advance or on the day
How much is parking? Parking at the venue is free.
Is disabled parking available? Yes.
How do I get to the Hop Farm using public transport? Please take a look at our location page
Is camping available? - Camping is available April to October.
Do I need to book the camping? – All camping should be pre-booked.
What facilities are there? Showers/WC/Washing Up/Electric Hook-up & non-electric
Can I BBQ or cook outside? – No ground fires allowed only BBQ
How much is the camping? - Please contact the venue.
Are there any restriction? We do not allow twin axel vehicles.
What security will there be? Wardens live on site during the camping season. All campers, camp at their own risk – The Hop Farm Family Park takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury.
What security is there? - There will be parking marshals plus barriers to certain areas of the venue. Entry is ticket only – proof of purchase will be required.
I’m under 16 can I still come? - All children under the age of 16 will need to be with a responsible adult. All children 16 & over are welcome with proof of purchase. Children under 15 may not be allowed access to the talks, you will need to check this beforehand.
What disabled access is there? - The venue is on one level, however, large mobility scooters may need assistance accessing the theatre, most scooters are not affected by this.
Is there a disabled/carer policy in place? - There are concessions available for disabled people & carers, these will be options at checkout – proof will be required that you are eligible for these concessions and it is limited to one carer per visitor.
Will there be queues on entry? – Whilst we encourage people to buy tickets in advance we do expect queues on the day. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time before any talks or appointments to avoid disappointment.
Is there re-admission if I need to leave the festival? – Wristbands will be given on entry and will need to be shown when entering/leaving the event.
Can I bring my pets? – No pets are allowed at the Hop Farm except Guide Dogs/assistance animals.
Can I bring my own food/drink? – Yes, although there will be various food types available on the day such as Gluten Free, Vegan etc.
Is there anything I need to bring on the day such as a yoga mat? You will need to check the talks and demonstrations you wish to attend as some talks or demonstrations may have additional requirements or have advisory information.
What takes place at the festival? – There will be over 70 exhibitors selling a range of products and services, this will include therapists, psychics, mediums and intuitives, coaches, counsellors and more.
Can I charge my mobile? – There are no designated charging points.
Can I pay by credit/debit card at the event? - Some exhibitors will have the facility to take a card payment, however not all exhibitors have this facility so ensure you have cash on you too.
Will there be cash machines at the event? There is an ATM situated in the reception of the venue.
